Enrollment Process:

We have provided the following steps to assist you with the enrollment process. Active members will need to use the Peoplesoft program at your work computer. Make sure that the computer you are using is compatible with the new version of Peoplesoft. Click on the link or the image to view the .pdf instructions.

If you are still experiencing problems, you may need to clear the cache on your computer. Attached are the instructions on how to clear to cache. You can click on the picture to the left or the link below:

People Soft Process:

We have provided the following steps to assist you with the People Soft process. Active members will need to use the Peoplesoft program at your work computer. If you are a non-active member, please contact Pete Fauberbach for instructions on how to enroll offline. If you have any questions please use the contact form and we will get back to you ASAP.

In order to contribute to the Benevolent Fund, you will need to access “People Soft” from your work computer.  After providing your login credentials you will see your current voluntary deductions. (click on image for larger picture)

Search for “Broward Cty FF Benevolent Fund” by using the magnifying glass.  You can click on image for a larger picture.

Enter a dollar amount you will like to voluntarily donate to the Benevolent Fund.  The minimum amount required is 3.85/bi-weekly, however in this example, I put $4.00.

After clicking to the submit button you should receive a confirmation screen like the one shown here.

You can return to the “Voluntary Deductions” page to see a list of all your deductions.  The Broward Cty FF Benevolent Fund should now be listed as shown in the image.
